In 2020, I was diagnosed with Lyme disease and mold toxicity, and my world shifted in ways I never expected! The treatments were confusing, sometimes making me feel worse, and I moved more times than I can count to escape toxic mold. But through it all, I found unexpected gifts – resilience, patience, and most of all, rescuing Lola. Or maybe it’s more accurate to say she rescued me.

Hiya! Amy and Lola here. We’re a duo learning to heal together, one gentle step at a time. I’m on a journey to recover from Lyme disease, mold exposure, and the lingering effects they brought into my life. Lola came to me as a support dog, but she’s become so much more – a constant companion, teacher, and reminder to slow down. Together, we’re navigating healing, growth, and even past traumas, and we’re sharing what we learn along the way. 💛
